Step 1: Visit Zoho Mail Website
1. Open your browser and go to Zoho Mail Signup.
2. Click on "Sign Up Now" to begin the process.
Step 2: Choose Your Plan
Zoho Mail offers two types of plans:
1. Free Plan (for personal use)
Get an email like yourname@zoho.com
No custom domain support
Limited storage (5GB per user)
2. Business Plan (for professional use)
Use your own domain (e.g., you@yourbusiness.com)
More storage and features
Starts from $1 per user/month
If you need a business email, you should have a domain. If you don’t have one, Zoho allows you to buy it.
Step 3: Sign Up for a New Account
For Personal Email (Free Plan)
1. Click "Personal Email".
2. Enter the following details:
First & Last Name
Desired Email ID (e.g., yourname@zoho.com)
Password
Phone Number (for verification)
3. Click "Sign Up".
4. Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your mobile to verify your phone number.
For Business Email (Paid Plan)
1. Click "Business Email".
2. Enter your business name and domain name.
3. If you don’t have a domain, you can buy one through Zoho.
4. Follow the setup instructions to configure DNS records for your domain.
Step 4: Setup Your Mailbox
1. Once verified, log in to Zoho Mail at mail.zoho.com.
2. Complete your profile setup by adding a recovery email and security questions.
3. If using a custom domain, go to the Admin Panel to configure:
MX Records (for email delivery)
SPF & DKIM (for security and spam protection)
Step 5: Configure Zoho Mail on Your Device
On Mobile (Android/iOS)
1. Download the Zoho Mail app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
2. Log in using your credentials.
On Desktop (Using an Email Client)
1. Open Outlook, Thunderbird, or Apple Mail.
2. Use the following Zoho IMAP/SMTP settings:
Incoming Mail Server (IMAP):
Server: imap.zoho.com
Port: 993
Security: SSL
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):
Server: smtp.zoho.com
Port: 465
Security: SSL
Step 6: Start Using Zoho Mail!
